The upcoming election holds enormous importance, especially when viewed from the perspective of education. Throughout the past few weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to dive deeper into understanding how this election could impact the education system through presentations that provided valuable information on press research, associations involved, and the historical context of education policy. Seeing how these different elements are connected to the election has made me more aware of how important my vote is and has truly inspired me to want to make a difference. Each group’s presentation broke down complex issues in an approachable way, giving me insights into the factors shaping education policy.
